Compatibility of garlic and probiotic bifidobacteria
The research aims to establish whether it is viable to consume both medicinal herbs, specifically garlic, and probiotics simultaneously for their purported health benefits. It aims to establish whether this herb, known to have a wide antibacterial, will not have a negative impact on viability of bifidobacteria.
