Forest Molecular Genetics
Study of the inheritance, structure and function of genes, proteins and regulatory molecules that underlie biological processes such as growth, development and environmental (biotic and abiotic) interactions in forest trees. Includes Forest Genomics, the study of thousnads of (or all) genes, proteins and regulatory sequences in tree genomes.
