Quantitative analysis of catecholamines and their metabolites by GC-MS as a screening method for sympatho-adrenal tumors
Measurement of endogenous catecholamines and their metabolites play an integral role in diagnostic workup of suspected sympatho-adrenal tumours. The aim of study is to develop methods requiring minimal sample preparation, which yield sensitive and accurate results with short turnaround times.
