Tryptophan and the kynurenine pathway in chronic renal failure (CRF) patients on dialysis
To develop and validate methods for the determination of tryptophan and two kynurenine metabolites. The second aim is to quantify and confirm tryptophan depletion and accumulation of the kynurenine pathway metabolites in CRF patients on haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis
