Selected Highlights from Research Findings
The aim was a critical, comprehensive and authoritative analysis of the foundational principles of South African Medical Law. Findings indicate that constitutional supremacy had an indelible impact on the understanding, native and scope of South African Medical Law. Medical Law and health care law in South Africa have become significantly more complex of late in the face of recent legislative changes as well as the law governing both the funding and delivery of health care.
