The influence of low haematocrit values on plateler function in vitro
I do this study to determine if low haematocrit values influence platelet function using the PFA-100 (a platelet function analyser). Venous blood is diluted in the lab with platelet rich plasma to obtain low haematocrit values and platelet function is determined on these samples
